Susie Rheault is a consummate professional who has spent the last twenty-five years helping organizations and individuals understand their problems, develop solutions, and overcome the obstacles to successful execution. Susie has partnered with senior management teams and organizations to help define their vision, establish an agenda, and provide a direction for change. At the one-on-one level, she has helped myriad high-level executives feel more self-aware, equipped and effective at their jobs - empowering them to be better at leading others, and derivatively helping the systems they manage.

Susie brings to her work a unique perspective, giving her clients the framework to understand the challenges they face and helping them to see clearly "what's really going on" with their organization. Susie has an innate ability to quickly look at the situation and where it is they need to focus their leadership energies.

What energizes her most about her chosen career path is the ability to truly help others—providing them with new tools, a new awareness, and a practical approach to move forward with their career and their organization. She is drawn to the excitement of working with a diverse client base, where she can learn from one situation and bring that knowledge to the next one, and the challenge of solving an organization's dilemmas that get in the way of their desired results.

Prior to developing her own consulting practice, she served as an in-residence consultant for BankBoston's Customer Focus Consulting Group, leading the organization redesign and customer focus efforts. Before that, she managed the Organization Effectiveness function for the Global Networks business of Digital Equipment Corporation and led the Learning and Development function for World-Wide Engineering. Prior to that, she honed her experience as a consultant at McBer & Company, working with a spate of multinational companies providing climate assessments, competency studies and leadership training.

Susie has worked with such notable companies as Boston Scientific, Fidelity Investments, State Street Global Advisors, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Stop & Shop, AT&T Broadband Internet, The Boston Foundation, The Boston Food Bank, and the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation.

She received her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and is currently a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts. Susie has gone on to serve as a Master Coach and supervisor for the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology Executive Coaching Program.
